Having grown up in California, the Sierra Nevada Mountains provided the perfect environment to foster Lindsay's love for wild places.

Her work as a pack guide and park naturalist has allowed her the opportunity to live and play in national and state parks within California and Virginia. Her desire to help others cultivate a reverence for the natural world and to ensure the prosperity of future generations by acknowledging our individual roles in the health of our planet led Lindsay to pursue a degree in the mountains of central Arizona at Prescott College. Her journey led her to achieve an environmental studies degree in Natural History and Ecology. It also allowed her to travel throughout the United States and Costa Rica studying many diverse ecosystems and the work behind their preservation.

Currently, Lindsay lives with her partner Anthony, their two dogs, and herd of Angora goats within the mountains of the Sierra Nevada where she keeps busy creating and teaching art using natural fibers.
