Half Dome and More Fall Scenes

Fall is quickly turning to winter, but there are still so many scenes with illuminating fall color just waiting to be photographed in Yosemite National Park. Some snow has already fallen on Yosemite, and we are hopeful for a wet winter. Until then, the Tioga and Glacier Point Roads remain open for all to enjoy the majestic scenery at this time of year.

Photographing with a camera phone was once frowned upon as a lazy way out of making an image. With advancing technology, these phones are becoming more integral in everyday “outdoor” life. I am currently using the iPhone 5 with an 8 megapixel camera, and will share the world of Yosemite through my phone.
