Never Too Much Half Dome

The clear weather has allowed me to spend a little more time hiking in Yosemite recently. This past week I had an opportunity to view Half Dome from 4 distinct angles; the classic front view, from the side on Tioga Rd. and then on Clouds Rest, and completely from behind in the backcountry wilderness. Each one was equally exciting. I’m not really sure which is my favorite view. Where is your favorite place to look at Half Dome?

Photographing with a camera phone was once frowned upon as a lazy way out of making an image. With advancing technology, these phones are becoming more integral in everyday “outdoor” life.
